1995 BMW 318ti hatchback, this is a good running and good looking car (my daily driver)
the good
many newer parts (last year or 2)
-new water pump
-new fuel pump
-all new hoses (coolant, vacuum, manifold)
-regular oil changes synthetic
-17" alloy wheels
-cold air intake
-borla cat back exhaust
-straight body
-interior great
-1 tire 90%
-1 tire 80%
-30-35mpg
-current registration
-will smog no prob
-ac blows cold\
-all glass good
the bad
-some small dings/scratches/hood needs minor ding fixed to be perfect
-window mechanisms bad, motors good (I have one but not installed) $50 fix
-drivers door panel interior removed (to help put window up manually)
-2 tires need replacing
-rear struts worn and need replacing at some point (will wear rear tires)
-sunroof works but opens only 1/2 way
-headliner sags (but has been stapled up) actually looks ok
-radio works but display faded and speaker wires have static
-small tranny fluid leak (if low slips when cold) been that way for 50,000 miles (not a problem)
-needs new pads front (I have sensors)
-1 fog light missing
This car has been great for me for past few years, I have found another 318ti with manual transmission so
this one must go. With a little work this car could clean up real nice or drive as is for many more years.
