Default Plug boot puller tool?

On the M44, there is a small blue molded plastic tool for pulling the spark plug boots. It lives in the same little plastic tray that the spark plug boots are in, over by boot #4 (center top of the engine valve cover, between the camshafts, under the rectangular plastic cover that says 'BMW'). You slip it over the plug boot, place the tire alignment pin (71111093774) through the hole on the top, and a quick gentle tug pulls the plug boot from its oily well.

I need one.

My car did not have one when I bought it. So I was going to order it from Pelican/etc (can't be more than $2, right? )- but I can't find it. I have searched Pelican's site, and I have searched RealOEM, and I simply cannot find this thing.

Anyone know what the description/part number might be for this magical, elusive little bit of blue plastic might be? Or does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with(/out)?

Thanks!
