Question I turn and turn but...

I found the adjusters for my headlights (stock) but no matter how much I turn in either direction on either of the adjusters the headlights neither go up nor down...any solutions?

might as well. If your looking for improved lighting, theres only one way to go. Trying to re-aim the stock headlights will only satisfy you for a while. I'm not sure why your lights aren't moving. How are you trying to aim them?? And I'm pretty sure its the outside dials that move the beam pattern up or down.

I was trying to use the allen holes to fix it but that wasn't working...I plan to get upgraded lights but as it is I have no money until I get my refund check from school and I'm not sure how happy my parents would be if I threw down $300-400 for a pair of headlights...no matter how much I tried to explain to them how it would improve my ability to drive at night...and look cool. lol.

you should be able to adjust it with the allen screws. three on top and one on the side.
