Default windshield wiper heated nozzles

hey guys, I recently have acquired a carbon fiber hood from cooljess76 and the installation was a breeze but my windshield nozzles don't heat up. I tested for voltage while i was using the windshield wiper water pump and when the key was in 2nd position with the engine off i also checked the fuse its a 10 amp but i forget the number. if anyone has any suggestions or knows how to turn them on i would appreciate it.

thanks Bobbak

.....every Ti does i believe. It was a standard package.

OP, I think it has to be 37 or below for them to trigger. Not sure though.

Bobby, I'm pretty sure Xenocide was right. Unless it's 37 degrees out, there shouldn't be any power going to them. I doubt anyone wants to be messing around in 37 degree weather, lol.

It does at higher elevations. Heck, I live about 5 minutes from the beach and it snows less than 20 miles from my house, lol.
