Default Cleaning out Garage Lots of Parts-Philadelphia Area

I am located in the Plymouth Meeting area, which is near King of Prussia.

I did a S52 swap this past summer and now have a bunch of 4 cylinder parts from my 97 318ti that I don't need anymore and are just taking up space. I will try and list what I know I have but if you need something else, let me know and I will take a look to see if I have it somewhere. My ti had about 160k when the parts were removed and everything worked great.

-5spd Manual Transmission from 318ti-$250
-(almost) Complete M-Sport Suspension including complete front struts, front sway bar, rear springs, and rear sway bar. No rear shocks are included, they were re-used after the swap-$100
-M44 downpipe/converter assy. ***SOLD***
-Front Brake Calipers/Rotors/Knuckles with wheel speed sensors. These are the upgraded 328i vented brakes with Porterfield R4S Brake Pads (lots of pad life left) ***SOLD***
-Front Hawk HP+ Brake Pads. They were broken in and used for one track day and worked awesome. They still look brand new-$40
-Rear Subframe with differential and calipers but no parking brake, rotors, or pads-$100
-Secondary Air Pump-$40
-OEM Air Box with Mass Air Flow Sensor-$40
-318ti Heater Box with A/C Evaporator, Heater Core, and Blower Motor. Everything was working with no leaks when it was removed-$40
-Black 318ti Dash Assy in great shape-$ Free, please make it disappear!

All parts are for local pickup only! I don't want to ship anything. If you are looking for something in particular, let me know and I will see if I have it laying around.

Thanks!

Wish I had the time to swap to a black dash from my gray, it'd look SOO much better Nowhere to store it either, even for free

are you giving away the entire dash or just the center console where the shifter and the cup holders are?

hey, thanks jess for the link.

if you have the cat that fits a 1998 318ti, i need a price right away.

i need the cat as soon as possible. i have two other people that gave me offers, but one person is in NJ, and the other is in PA but has a steeper price.

just email me a price, and the first possible day i can come pick it up. i need it as fast as possible.

will the cat pass inspection? also, can i get the O2 sensors as well.

ARE YOU PARTING out the whole car btw? ?? i need a TON of parts, and i would think that a 97 would be the same as my 98.

i need a door, floor mats, interior items, bumpers, trim, umm.. a ton of other stuff.. let me know. i will come pick it up, im only about 50 minutes away, so no problem.

also, the suspension is "M-Sport" what does that mean? haha.. i might take that whole set you have, i bent my right control arm (AGAIN) so i can probably pick up everything cheaper then just the cost of that arm.

ehh, i will probably take the brakes too..

I'm pretty sure that 97 and 98 cars are one and the same. The cat will pass inspection as long as there is nothing else wrong with your car (such as a bad MAF). I just unbolted the converter from the car so I think that both oxygen sensors are still on the pipes. I also know that the converter is not the original one as it was replaced under warranty while the last owner had the car.

As far as the suspension goes, my 97 ti had the factory M-Sport package with the sport suspension and M3 type body moldings, etc. When I did the swap, I used the donor car's front suspension and a M-Roadster rear suspension. The only thing that I re-used from the original setup was a new set of Bilstein Sport shocks that I had just installed. If you have a non-sport suspension car, this would be an easy upgrade since I have struts, springs, and sway bars and the only thing you need to get is a couple of rear shocks. The front control arms are not for sale since I need them to repair a 328i, sorry.

I will send you a PM with my phone number so we can talk about meeting up.

I've got the whole dashboard itself, not the console.

I would prefer not to ship anything since most of the stuff I have is heavy and/or big and would be a real PITA to box up and send. If someone "really" wants something sent to them, I can see what I can do as far as boxing and shipping

I live close enough that for free, I could easily drive and get the dash, but I will not have time to install it ever, nor really the drive, since my headliner will still be gray anyway. Not worth my effort, gotta get a job

NO WAY.. i have a black dash, and gray headliner + gray paint outside.. LOOKS AWESOME, but i dont know about your seats and other things. my interior is okay, and looks perfect with the gray/black leather contrast.
