I hope our community doesn't turn into one where people hoard rare parts just to sell them at inflated prices one day. I've been lurking the Z3M forums for a while and that is what A LOT of those guys seem to do, it sucks because most of them have these rare parts and then don't even install them on their cars.

I appreciate everyone's concern in me finding a bumper. I track my car and plan on building a rear diffuser to cover the void(parachute) that is between the rear axle and the bumper on e30's and ti's. I figure attaching it to the Mtech will be easier and cleaner. So I don't want one just to look kooler, well maybe but that's not the only reason.

So anyone want to donate to the cause by giving me a deal on one in "good" condition let me know.

I'm well aware of how rare these are, but I appreciate your concern in letting me know. Do you not believe in positive thinking or have you never tried?

Just FYI, rear retrofit kit is NLA, I had Tischer and ECS run the part number last fall and both confirmed there are none left in the US or Germany. I did not have them run just the bumper part number.

I found this out by ordering the retrofit kit, credit card was charged and everything. A week later they tell me it is NLA! The bumper cover and everything else is available separately at almost twice the cost! Bogus! I can get a better deal threw the local dealer without shipping charges but still holding out for used one !

Nice tip, literally took me about 10 minutes to find one in perfect shape for under $300.......this was after searching for about 2 months.....so simple...thank you sir, you are a genius

Every one I have requested a quote from either refuses to ship to the US or a minimum $300 for shipping alone?

I live in Cali and i got mine shipped for 75 pounds, I cant imagine your shipping costing more since you're drastically closer to the UK than me. Just message anyone with the bumper for 100 pounds or less and you should easily get a bumper to your door for sub 300. I happened to find a bumper for 69 pounds so mine came out to about 210 USD.

This guy quoted me 75

This is the guy i bought from

Try contacting them and either seeing if they have more for sale or a list they can put you on. If neither of those pan out see what shipping company they used and try to convince someone else to ship with that carrier.

He PM'd me, but I didn't know the answer.
