Got rear ended in June. Insurance totaled the car. No surprise there. I have no doubts I would have reached 400,000 miles. But as life has it, all good things come to an end. Best car I ever owned. I really enjoyed driving it every time I got behind the wheel. I salvaged some parts if anyone is interested. http://www.318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=39000 It has been fun here on this forum. I learned plenty from fellow Ti er's and I was happy to help others as well. I do not see another BMW in my immediate future (except my current R1200RT motorcycle). Hopefully BMW will get off its butt and bring the 1 series in Diesel with a six speed tranny to the states. I have seen them all over Europe. My 1997 318ti. Can't beat it considering I paid $1300 for it 4 years ago. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
