WTB - Ti low miles good condition not a project

I've looked at enough cars now to know that I would prefer to pay more and get a nicer, lower-mileage car.

Preferences:
1. Location - within 500 miles of Los Angeles, but will consider others
2. Transmission - don't care
3. Sunroof - prefer no sunroof but not a strong preference
4. Interior - prefer non-beige
5. Color - Like: red, blue, white Neutral: green, silver Dislike: black
6. Wheels - STRONG preference against big low profile wheels
7. Equipment level - don't care, options are nice but more important to have the right car
8. Year - if auto, I like the later non-T gear selector. Slight preference for 1.9 over 1.8 engine
9. Radio - preference for OEM radio
10. Customization - prefer no body customization, in particular no ground effects, body kits, etc. Really nice custom interior is a plus though.
11. Miles - prefer under 100k, but will consider up to 170k
12. Paint/mechanical/condition - not looking for a project. normal dings are OK. Interior damage is OK.
