Thumbs up Radiator $128

I remember a while back someone stated they needed a radiator. Here is one for $128.00 with free shipping.

Happy hunting: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-B...QQcmdZViewItem

Everyone will likely need to replace their radiator before 150k miles. If you're looking for a great prevent maintenance item, this is it.

I recently just bought that same radiator from the same seller. Good quality, and fast shipping.

I went 204k before I had to switch mine.

Dunno if Behr is OE on the E36. They were OE on my E28, and they had problems with the plastic side tanks cracking, usually at the top. I replaced it with a Nissens, which seemed a lil' beefier. Whoever manufactures the OE Ti radiator, if it lasts less than 100k, you may want to go with another brand.

That said, comparison shopping shows $128 to be a good price.

BMW075340 NISSENS Radiator 176.28

Note: Nissens is a Danish radiator company, not to be confused with Nissan.

Got one of those $128 (Behr) ebay radiators. Great price and fast shipping. From another vendor, I bought a new water pump, T-stat, hoses, BMW coolant, gaskets, radiator clips, water wetter and crush washers. Replaced them all on my daily ti (125K). Pretty easy job, all in all. Definitely worth the peace of mind.

Yeap it is better to be safe than sorry, although I didn't know about the 125k switch out so at 204k when my radiator went out that's when I switched it.

The French Maid package costs a little extra, but well worth it IMO

ja... I've got the radiator, H20 pump, hoses and plastic pipes all waiting for a free weekend. Take off the intake manifold and replace the water and vacuum hoses along with the coolant items and I'll be good for a long road trip.
Used new car with 96K and limited service history does not give me a warm fuzzy...
