We've got factory header pipes. It's a kind of exhaust manifold yeah. I usually think of it like...A header is an exhaust manifold, but an exhaust manifold isnt necessarily a header. __________________

I bet the aftermarket has a deeper louder sound though. I really want to get it so I can complete my Supersprint exhaust. I tihnk I know who to ask, it's the same guy that I bought my tires and resonator from. He is starting his own bmw business and starting it up soon. I would argue that it's headers, only because while it is only one unit, I believe that each pipe on the exhaust manifold classifies as a header, therefore giving us 4-2-1 piping, making it headers.

those supersprint headers are crazy expensive and apparently only offer a marginal high RPM horsepower gain with a loss of low end torque. I don't even think it's worth it man  | | | | | |
