Posts: 3,156 | Ordered new in 1998 sport package, manual, sunrof delete, solid (non-metallic) paint. Received about 1.5 months after placing order... Metallic paint was a $400.00 up-charge (originally was going to get Boston Green Metallic). 'M' light blue not available; Dakar Yellow not available. went with the bright red... $23,300.00 ($500 over east coast invoice for a sport without sunroof). West coast invoice was slightly higher due to shipping costs. | | | 01-10-2006, 06:51 PM | #47 | Member Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: West Palm Beach Posts: 46 | I paid $7,200 used from Auction West Palm Beach, Florida 1998 Sport package "M" Milage 80,000 Metalic Black - Black interior - Sunroof Milage 80,000 power windows and locks leather seats. 16" alloy five star wheels I am the second owner. Original owner, 104K miles. Metallic blue with tan leather interior. 5-speed manual. New radio. Sunroof. Garaged for all but one year. Engine runs perfectly, great gas mileage. Includes 4 additional snow tires. The bad: Small crack in windshield, airbag light lit. Picking it up in 1 week. $5100 The airbag issue is a sensor under the passenger seat. This is what I was told by the owner as he was told by a mech. Any thoughts? Not to hijack so please PM with any info. Thanks This will be my first BMW experience. | | | 02-06-2006, 10:57 PM | #59 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Tacompton, WA Posts: 309 | Puyallup, Washington 95 alpine active(i think) i bought it in april of 04 for $4000 160k miles in perfect condition!!!! __________________ 95 318ti Alpine white, E46 m3 front bumper, Clear Corners, Cosmo CAI, k&n filter, Flowmaster catback, front strut bars, sony 12" sub Kenwood 800watt amp & Aiwa Deck, stickers Future: Angel Eyes, Drop, Rims, and rear bumper 318ti.org sticker (added 100HP) | | | 03-04-2006, 09:54 PM | #60 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | If anybody can figure out how to post the file without having to download it (viewed in browser) that'd be radtastic. There's some missing data, and it would be easier for people to check it that way.
