Default WTB: 318TI with 5 speed

I'm looking to buy a reasonably price TI with manual transmission. Willing to travel. not interested in Auto trans. No accidents/no rust. prefer no mods.

let me know what you have and your price

I may even offer a finders fee if someone finds my dream car and I actually buy it

dream car: 'm' package, either blue or white, miles under 130k, no rust or accidents, very clean, no california roof and preferably no moonroof

Don't know if this is an option for you, but...

I have one very much like you described, but first know this: I am in the process of deciding weather to have the warped/cracked cyl heads fixed/replaced. I was quoted $1,000-1,200. It runs, but I want another e46 (wrecked my last one) and just don't know if I want to put the money into this one.
If you're interested, read on...

It's a '96 alpine white ti. Absolutely immaculate exterior condition (not a dent/scratch on it). Only mods are shiny new headlights and vent-a-shades on the (lightly tinted) windows. 173k miles, new battery, belts, and pretty good tires. Has standard roof (no sunroof, etc.) Interior is good. Window regulators work, but windows are off-track.

Something you're open to? If so, I can take some pics in the next few days.

Oh, and it is a manual, no accidents.

ok. I'm gonna fix it, then look for three to four times the asking price.

I don't get on here much, but I might have your dream car, in your price range, and relatively close.

Its not really posted for sale anywhere, but I've been debating getting something different.

I'll throw up specs for the sake of not posting a ton of useless info. If you want the story behind the car, simply email me at bleuii78@hotmail.com

Specs:
1998 318Ti Sport
JUST rolled over 100,xxx before it was put up for the winter (Mostly highway, drove back and forth from Toledo to Youngstown weekly, took the bimmer in the summers)
White
5 Speed
No moonroof / sunroof
I'm in NW Ohio

The only mod that I would say is not tasteful is the valve cover, which isn't bad. I just had it powdercoated green.

The good: Bought in AR, doesn't get driven in salt (no rust), currently rolling on e46 wheels, have the original e36 sport wheels it came with. Also has a 10 disc changer, dark tinted windows and supersprint exhaust.

The bad: VERY Small dent in the rear, sagging headliner (both easy fixes) slight bolster wear on driver's seat. (11 year old car.) A few pieces needed for the front bumper. (Splash guard and passenger brake duct.) The only other bad -you're going to have to wait a bit to pick it up, as there will be no test drives when there is snow / salt on the ground.

I'm still not 100% on doing this, but asking price would be $6,500.00

If you want a second opinion from an active member from the forum local to me, contact Bluebimma.
