So my radio is the casset player, I wanted to upgrade to a CD player but stay "close" to BMW

Also, I was planning on bumping the back 4" up to 6" should i be looking at aftermarket to get a little more deck preamp power? I'm not trying to amp it up and sub it out (where would i carry my washing machine with 10's in the back?!). But the infinity set says some people are dissappointed in them because their head unit doesnt put out enough power to really get the lows to be low.

E46 radios are completely different shaped, it won't work

Thx, I really wanted a USB port radio anyway, but I was kinda hoping i could skimp out.
