2strokenut70,
Seeing this posting put the largest smile on my face. This is the car that actually made me fall in love with the Ti when i had just gotten my licence.

I can't tell if its the same car, but it does have the same hood, which i've never seen before on another car other than this one. How do i know? I have the issue in front of me....

Best of luck with the sale of the car.

Hello Mini M3,

Thanks for your kind message. Yes, it is the car featured in the Dec 1997 issue of European Car magazine but no longer turbocharged because the system used was terribly flawed. Unacceptable turbo lag followed by a rush that would pin you to the driver seat.

I am open to reasonable offers. If the article is true, the cost to build the car was north of $60K and I have personal knowledge that the builder started with a brand new car.

Especially good to hear from a fellow 2-stroke fan.

Default Power numbers and suspension details

Do you have any power numbers on the current motor configuration? Also could you comment on the current suspension set-up?

No idea on the power numbers. Regarding the suspension setup, I can give you the available information more easily if you will give me a call on 310-422-9798. Thanks.
