I currently have a M42 block with a M44 head on it so they do fit together. The coolant fitting is on the head. | | | 02-25-2010, 10:25 PM | #4 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2010 Location: dunedin nz Posts: 2 | coolant fittings Thanks for that , have gone ahead and purchased M44 head, there are a couple of differences but nothing that can't be fixed with abit of KIWI inginuity. What you have to do to get it to fit is the real question. John has a fully built race motor. There very likely are other changes made to his head to have it all work properly. | | | 02-26-2010, 01:28 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Call MEtric Mechanic and ask any of the boys what are the differences. They will tell you exactly what what is different which is not much depending on the OBD system you plan on using and balancer. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
