Default 2006 318ti Calendar?

It looks like we have a volunteer to put together a calendar.
http://www.318ti.org/forum/showpost....4&postcount=23
I looked at cafepress.com but their calendar has only one picture.
I'd like 12 or 13. The 318ti.org decals came off pretty cool and I think a calendar would be awesome.

LOL, hold on just a minute there, pardner. I said "work on the project with ya." That's different from volunteering to do it all. heh heh

And another thing... I'm not starting work on the calendar until I actually own a 318ti !! AND... if I get involved in this, I've got dibs on being Mr. June. LOL

OK... seriously... You must have seen the "calendar print"... they also have a "wall calendar " that has 13 images.

Good grief... now I'm starting to think about this instead of shopping for a car. Great... just great. ;}

A) It has yet to be decided whether this calendar would focus on the car, the driver, or both.
B) What's wrong with stock? I am stock. YOU are stock. We're ALL stock. Wait... I'm beginning to realize that there are a lot of exceptions to that... LOL ... but you get my point, right? There's nothing wrong with being stock.
C) As I remember, this whole calendar idea came about after you posted the pic of you and the car. So, I think you and/or your car should be in the calendar somewhere, even if it's just a small photo with the story of how the calendar came about, printed on the back, or something like that. So, that being said... remember what I said in the photoshop thread... get the grey out.

Well I am partial to this photo.
http://www.318ti.org/gallery/showpho...t=500&ppuser=4

Someone has a real cool photo in twilight.
I also like this one.
http://www.318ti.org/gallery/showpho...500&ppuser=365

If we do get this going we could have people post photos to a special section in the photo gallery then vote.

I like the first photo also. Good idea about voting on pix via a gallery here.

I think the first thing that should be decided is "what is the focus of the calendar?" I.e., should the calendar be about the 318ti, this web site, the 318ti owners who frequent this site, or the cars of these people? I don't really have an opinion about what the focus should be yet, but give me time.

Another issue is, should this calendar be classy and sophisticated, or casual and humorous?

Also... we'll need a theme and/or title.

One idea I've had is that it would be funny to sort of parody the whole "hot chick lounging on the hood of a car" image. That could be done by having some of the owners here, male and female, pose with their car in some sort of humorous manner that reminds people of that style. Hell, I'd even pose nude with certain areas obscured by the rear-view mirror. LOL Then again... maybe not. It would depend on where the proceeds are going.

But, I'm not really working on this yet, since I don't own a ti.

I did not read through. I thought it was just one photo.

I have created a category in the photo gallery. Normally only those with 100 posts or more or supporters can upload photos. I'll make an exception for the calendar as long as it is not abused.

Limit one photo per member.
Pricing will be two-tier. Discount for 318ti.org supporters.

I'd like an example of different models, base, active, sport, club sport, California Roof and different colors. Also on the photo we will need to photoshop Name, location, model, etc.

Sorry, nudes are out!
