Assume this happened on a sweeper, right? | | | 07-27-2012, 12:33 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | They all do that. I find myself topping off the tank after almost every session. I can't go more than 1/2 tank unless I slow down. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-27-2012, 06:16 PM | #4 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: england Posts: 6 | Quote: Originally Posted by Budget M3 Well known issue with thee ti fuel system. Maybe not every session, but certainly whenever I get close to 1/2 tank... | | | 07-27-2012, 11:29 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | It's possible to do dual pumps. I can go 1 1/sessions on a little more than 1/2 tank depending on my rhythm, track conditions and traffic. Of course it also depends on the track. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
