How to replace a tag lights?

Thanks but for some reason I couldnt pop the housing to the left. I push it too hard and couldnt go left. o_O

You need to use a small pocket screwdriver or something similar to go around the light and free up the seal. The rubber/foam seal is likely stuck to the paint and not allowing it to come off. Sometimes you can pry the lamp out carefully with a screwdriver.
