Default Do I have to wait to upgrade after my swap?

I'm looking into piecing together parts for a swap into my Ti, but I want my car low ASAP. My problem is that once I have the swap done, I don't want to resell whichever coilovers I decide to go with.

So I was wondering if it would be a poor decision to get the M3 front coils for my Ti before the swap, and get the ti rear coils as well. I imagine the primary difference is the weight each suspension expects to carry. So would that mean it's possible to put M3 front coils on, and lower them to account for the lack of weight and keep the coils for the rear as close to stock height as possible.

Or is there a serious flaw in my logic that I'm completely undermining.
