Question how do i fix my poxwer windows?!

My windows wont go up, they keep getting stuck. the drivers side wont bugde, and the other window comes right out of the rail... are the arms bent or do i need to buy new motors? plz help, this is the only problem that my car really has and the only one that has got me stumped...

It's actually easier than it looks. Don't be tempted by the long text. Now that I know what I'm doing, I can easily fix any of my pw in less than 5min.

Maverick1225... I doubt that, no offense or anything. I just saw this guy's doors and the window rails welds broke and he needed to buy the doors off my car. They're tack welded in and broke... no 5 minute job. Even so, I've seen regulators break so that they needed to be replaced. I hope this isn't that serious of an issue (and are just the sliders), but it could potentially be very annoying.
