Default My dream build: M44 S/Ced over 300hp. part list help

Hi, my best dream is to build a M44/M42 hybrid engine that can past 300hp without affidability issues. I have never built a engine, so for now I'm reading books, tis, bentley and all things for know how remove all parts from the engine.
I'm starting to make a dream parts list, if you want help me please write here. I need to complete the list for see how much money I'll need for it.
It's only a dream now, I'm not building it, not soon for sure

DREAM BUILD LIST UPDATED

Dream specs:

BORE 86 mm
STROKE 88 mm
DISPLACEMENT 2089 cc
REV LIMITER 7100
POWER over 301 hp
TORQUE over 300Nm
BOOST 8 psi supercharger eaton M62
CR 8 :1

So I'll start questions...
1) What are critical points in the M44 block that can't reach 7500rpms? (here a great tuner have a chip for M44 that raise rev-limit to 7100, and it is a great tuner, not joking)
2) Why some people says that M47N crank don't fit? What are differences with M47 crank?
3) what cams should use?

^all calculations are made with Turbo Fast/TurboCalc^

The engine should be strenght enought for 330hp, eventually ready for a twincharger (eaton+ turbo)

Let's start to dream
