The oil service light does come on when i turn the car on but the milage numbers aint showin is because of a light bulb or did i unhook a cable or sumthing? | | | 06-22-2007, 08:46 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Southern California - Orange county Posts: 978 | yeha i wouldnt worry about that if it was really bugging you id just take the dash off and change it (dont ask me how) lol __________________ 1995 318ti Cosmos Black Bilsteins w/ H&R Sport, Depos w/ angeleyes and HID 5K, 50% short throw kit, Custom fogged intake, AC schnitzer pedels w/ deadpedels, leather stickshift knob, vitesse tuning Ebreak boot w/ shift boot, X-Brace, 325/328 brake upgrade, Gray millpoint leather and cloth interior, custom computer multimedia system, and Style 5 BBS 17" rims, M3 Mirrors, CF Hood | | | 06-22-2007, 11:28 AM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | My experience is that if a cable is unhooked, the dash will do what is technically known as "flip out." If it works normally save for the odometer, that's probably not the case. There are little bulbs (1.2w, black base) that need replacing. Did you install the green fog lamp indicator in the dash? __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 06-23-2007, 03:20 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Denver, Colorado Posts: 3,212 | Gauge yea i did hook up the the green fog light switch to the gauge. I used the cable splitters that came with the kit do you think that could be it? Im going to check tomorow because i just got home from work and im to lazy to do it rite now. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
