Drove to Austin from Dallas yesterday. Odometer hit 67,000.

I haven't kept up on the updates, but damn, that's more ti's than Sean.

Had to buy a new battery for the car. I am hoping it was just a dying 5 year old Costco battery that was the issue. Fingers crossed.

Finally got around to replacing the power steering pump on the black ti, as well as the sunroof motor, fixing the passenger window (broken plastic slider), and did an oil change.

Will do an oil change on Max tomorrow and maybe tackle the headliner...

Drove from Austin to Dallas today. The OBC was reading 34.8 mpg. This car is ridiculous.

Probably the wrong thread, but does anyone know how to edit a signature?

Worked on my Wife's 95 ti.
  • I replaced the OEM muffler with a Supersprint Exhaust
  • Repaired her Passenger Window
  • Repaired all the mountpoints on the door card
  • Replaced the rear Roundel
  • Swapped her 15" Style 30's for a set of Style 18's as the 30's had a bad tire. I have a set of 17" staggered style 30s to restore for her when I get around to it.
  • Conditioned all the leather seats
  • Replaced an A pillar cover
  • Topped off all fluids

She should be good to go until I have her wheels ready.

Matt, go to User CP at the left top of the 318ti page, then Edit Signature.

Mounted my set of DSI's and washed the car. Wichita Falls is running low on water so I don't wash our cars very often.

Fixed my 97's sunroof from parts from my parts car. Cleaned the rails as the gunk really made the movement not so smooth.

Works really well now and being able to pop the top to vent the car in our 100+ weather will be a good thing for this DD.

A few tricks to get it disassembled and reassembled helped make an unknown DIY a bit easier. Thanks Sean for your tips awhile back. It just took me a bit to get to this repair.

Found the source of my wet carpeting. Not a plugged sunroof drain as I originally suspected but a missing plug in the body work under the driver's seat. Got the top side of the carpet pretty well dry, but the foam padding underneath is soaked and starting to mold/mildew in a couple spots.

Got a couple plugs and a gas pedal ordered for carpet replacement day. Hopefully going to get carpeting from one of the part-out threads. Helping Sean do an almost complete interior swap a few years back, I'm hoping I can do the carpet swap by myself in a day.
