Will the e30 lower control arms fit on non m3 e36 cars?

i believe the answer is no. the only e30 suspension parts that will fit our Ti's are part of the rear suspension because our rear suspension is from the e30.

The E30 M3 front lower control arms will fit, but the '95 E36 M3 arms are a better choice.

Those are the E30 M3 arms. They require more frequent replacement than the steel arms and you cannot attach sway bar end-links to them, requiring a switch to M3 style struts also.
