Angry Cell phone charger won't fit!?

hey everyone,.. i was just wondering how you guys plug in your cell phone chargers,.. I can't get mine to go in the cigarette lighter all the way. It used to work great in my little Honda but it dosen't work in the Beamer. Is their something i have to do to get it to go in all the way? or am I just doomed if my phone's battery goes out? any help is appreciated.,..

Thanks,

Some adapters don't fit. I bought a Y-adapter at Radio Shack which worked for the adapter I had.

I have the Motorola V400 with OEM charger, it works fine. The thing is I do have to twist it around in the socket sometimes to make contact.
