Default Dumb question...maybe...

Do all BMw 3 searies made in the 90's have around the same frame, therefore giving me the chance to swap stuff out of either 318 325 or 328 or any other versons?

frame/suspension-wise - fronts yes (except with the m3, where more parts are necessary to complete swaps), rears no. the ti shares the rear setup of the e30 cars and the m/z3 coupe.

body-wise - the front and doors are pulled from the sedan (or saloon, depending on location) while the rear is unique.

search through the threads, this has been covered quite a bit, and can give you plenty of information on what's been tried, what works, etc etc

Ok thanks, i only ask because there is a 92 3 searies that has some damage on the front end, but the interior is perfect.

The car is essentially a sedan from the a-pillar forward; apparently, the door is unique to the ti as well as the rest rear of the A-pillar....

The doors are longer. They are a couple inches longer than the rest of the series. So I guess from the fender forward they are the same.
