Default Shift lever fix

I went to shift and I had no shifter:-( so I took off the boot and saw that the bar going into the bottom of the shift lever has gotten disconnected so I reconnected it and used a tie strap to close it back up my question is what goes at the end of the bar a clip or screw?

You're saying #5 and #9 became disconnected? They are held together by a circlip, new style #5 has the #10 washers built into it.
