I may have one. Let me check when I got home. I had it up for sale before and I don't recall if it ever sold or not. If I have it I have the boot, the little metal frame that locks it into place and the foam piece that goes in underneath it. Sorry for not getting back with you yesterday. I have the shift boot, no tears, and the plastic frame around the bottom is intact as well as the four little clips to hold it in place. All in all I would say it is in excellent condition. I'll get a picture up for you sometime this weekend. I think it is the imitation leather one. It came out of a 95 active.
I was not able to find the foam shifter covering piece that goes in under the boot. Sorry.
