First, find a host site like www.photobucket.com. This site is good! Sign up for a free account and then they will host all of your pics you put on the web.

once you are signed up, you can throw pics into your "album" but in order to post them on the website you will have to resize them...... now i am sure there is a million ways to do this.... and mine might not be the best way.... but i go into "paint" and go to file....open..... and then open the picture that i want to resize, once opened you go to (image) then click on (stretch/skew) and change the horizontal and vertical to like 30-35% each......... that should be a good size for the site..... then you (save as) and name the pic.... then you go back to your photobucket album and click on (browse) you find your pic wherever it is and submit it into the album..... once done you copy the (img) link and then paste it in the post that you are writing on the site...... and bam you have a pic in your post.
