Default Z3 16 inch wheels

I might be able to get 16 inch 5-spoke wheels from a 1997 Z3 on Craigslist. They are 7 inches wide, 7HJ x 16H2, with an offset of 46. Should I have any concerns, or are these the same exact wheels used on the Sport models? I did a search, but, after the fiasco with my last wheel purchase, I just want to be sure. I plan to use 225/50/16 tires, which is the same size as the seller has on these wheels.

Thanks!

I have these exact wheels on my ti and there are no fitment issues. The only difference is my z3 wheels do not have tiny raised lettering on the front like some 16" ti wheels and are thinner on the backside of the spokes so they might be lighter too. Buy em!

I just put these exact same wheels (BMW Style #35) from a Z3, with the same tire size on my 96 active. (See "Amazing deal" thread in this section from a few days ago.) They are a perfect fit and I found a calculator on a website which shows a negligible speedometer difference. And, although not my first choice for style, they look pretty cool too. I would recommend these wheels if you can find a good deal.

Just to follow up on this thread, I had the wheels installed today. No problems, a perfect fit. Balanced and mounted with Sumitomo HTRZ 225/50/16 summer tires (Considered the Kumho Ecsta MX tires, but these were dirt cheap, and got good reviews from BMW owners on TireRack). Would post pics, but I need to get my grey rocker panels and bumpers painted.

Cool. Please follow up and let us know what you think of the Sumi's. I have heard few first hand reports. Thanks!
