What condition are both pieces or quarter glass in? Is the rubber all in excellent condition or are they cracked/splitting like most?

Also, hood struts and brackets in great shape?

I am looking for "like new" looking components for my compact=)

I'm interested in the complete Drivers seat and mounting/adjusting hardware. I have a Cobra racing seat, and prefer the stock sport seat. Put me down for second chance if you would. I'm sorta local (Laguna) so no shipping needed.
