Default e46 rubber floor mats in an e36?

Hey guys! Im thinking about buying some OEM rubber floor mats on eBay but they're for an e46. Will they still fit my e36? I don't want to buy them and have them not fit my car. Thanks!

I can't speak to the e46 mats fitting question, but I recently bought the Bavarian Autosport All-Weather floor mats from their web site and am very pleased. They fit correctly in the front & back and even have the fastener notches that attach to the floor fasteners on the font mats.

On their site, search for part number 16110.
