It's just money wasted as you'll more than likely won't get back whatever you put into it. Same goes for suspension, The 6cyl motors are a little heavier and you'll have to do a custom suspension setup for the car to handle properly. | | | 04-08-2007, 08:34 PM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Portland Oregon Posts: 1,363 | in the future I plan on designing my own widebody ti/ vert ti. Just for fun. As with you I am in love with the ti, I want to mod this baby out like none other! BTW I am a engineer in training Right now I am building the ti in a 3d program I will make a thread about it later. Look for m3 sideskirts, mtech front, blackout taillights, black out sideblinkers, paint your rims if you can o and get some blackout grilles. see thats cool... Since my car is white with that gray crap I am playing with the idea of replacing that gray with flat black. | | | 04-08-2007, 08:58 PM | #5 | Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: East Lansing, MI Posts: 37 | Quote: Originally Posted by Panzer_M what's wrong with the Mtech rear bumper? | i cant find it anywhere! i went to bavarian auto where i found the sideskirts and front bumper... and i went to understeer.com where i found my angel eyes and neither of themhave it. and is there a way i can get an Mtech kit? so i dont have to buy it all seperatly and maybe i could save some cash? | | | 04-08-2007, 10:09 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Stamford, CT <-> Boston, MA Posts: 1,393 | Quote: Originally Posted by 3DGE in the future I plan on designing my own widebody ti/ vert ti. Or are they just tinted with some spray tint or film? | | | 04-09-2007, 03:35 AM | #7 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | search "318ti smoked corners and sidemarkers" on ebay | | | 04-09-2007, 09:15 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | Start with ebay.
