Hey guys first post, i swapped a 96 m52b28 from an auto car into my my manual Ti after throwing a rod.

I got the car done and have been driving it but it’s “hot wired” I guess and I think this is causing issues with the ecu.
When syncing the ews and dme I noticed that my 20 pin connector had no power to pin 14 and it should have causing my inability to sync. So I hotwired that pin and magically the car synced and runs “ok”. Now that my initial shakedown is over I’d like to get the CEL to go away but I’m having issues with clearing the dme and vanos

TLDR;
What are the pinout differences between the auto and manual chassis harness and/or where does pin 14 on the 20 pin connector get its power. Thanks in advance!
