Anyone want to buy an 8gig? 1st gen. Normal scratches from use, not much. $140 shipped to you, need the money for parts. It's going on ebay soon.

Screw zunes! Zen Creative owns both! Name an mp3 player that plays the radio; records the radio; has a microphone recorder; and has a special connection that allows you to record off any sort of music player that has a head phone jack.

Rio Forge, runs off an AAA battery, no charger needed, takes SD cards, attaches as a USB drive, no DRM, Microsoft MTP or Itunes hassles.

Does not look "cool" so went out of business.

I had a MP3 player called an Archos a few years back. It played movies, music, pictures, games, it could record audio, it could take pictures, and it also worked as a camcorder. And it came out about the same time as the first iPod videos did. It was way before its time IMO. Only problem was its ****ty buttons.

I think the Itouch is pretty sweet. Google Earth on that thing...Crazy! Super thin. If you use skype, the thing it might as well be a phone too. For the money, there are other things I would rather have. These days in technology the newest is never the newest. Before you buy something like this there is always something newer and better right around the corner. There's no catching up with technology.
