ok after many attempts to find out heres what it came down to .

the wires were first installed backwards bc withen the years the starter has gone out many times before ( oreillys ) . so the origional connecters were replaced yada yada .

well after sorting the wires in the right place . still nothin . so thinking . we back traced all the wires threw the harness and went to the fuse block . after testing relays and fuses making sure everything was ok . i came across a faulty relay idk if it was faulty before or when the wires crossed idk but car does crank .

so does anyone have a diagram of the relays the 318ti uses?
