Default Help my rowing team out!

This is pretty out of the ordinary, but maybe you guys have had some experience in this and would like to help out.

I go to school at Saint Louis University and am a rower there. Although we compete at a Division 1 level, rowing is not an NCAA sport due to title 9 limitations. This means that the our team of full time students is also responsible for fundraising, budgeting, and running all other team operations. We receive a small amount from our student government organization, but it is not nearly enough to cover our boathouse fees, travel fees, and all other expenses that come along with the sport. Our team currently does not own a trailer, which is obviously a necessity to travel to and from regattas in order to compete. In the past we have been piggybacking off of the independent St. Louis Rowing Club's trailer, but they have not been very accommodating and in order for our team to progress and grow we saw it fit to make our first priority purchasing a trailer.

Our executive board has set up an online fundraiser where you can easily and securely donate to help us reach our goal. Any donation amount is gratefully accepted. A small $5 donation from each member would be a big benefit for our team.

My pleasure.
If you only knew how many members here helped out with my car in a time of need...you'd be stunned. I think that everyone deserves to seek assistance from others from time-to-time. It never hurts...just feels good.

Thank you too Rich!

I should have mentioned my name originally, how silly of me. I'm Andrew, a sophomore rower. I got into this my freshman year since it was always an interest in high school, but my 3 other sport seasons would always get in the way. If you look at our team picture, I am the Asian kid smack dab in the center. To the left of the green jacket and to the right of the BUDDY shirt.
