Logitech DFGT or G27 are good budget simulation wheels. Fanatec is also another brand that makes good wheels that range from budget to hardcore simulation versions. Thrustmaster has the T500RS which is another good simulation wheel. I find it harder to use a controller and get no feedback at all when I play simulation games. With a wheel, at least you get steering feel. I use a Logitech G25 and have a Logitech DFP in storage when my G25 breaks.
