Did you bend the shifter, and or the selector rod to get it centered? I had to bend it to clear the drive shaft, and to center the knob in neutral. Very happy with the mod, like you said, feels heavy and solid. Quote: Originally Posted by Mendi3 I have the M Z3 set up with a MOMO shift knob (nice and heavy). Very happy with this set up. Yeah that makes sense...just all seems abit pointless..the ti's stick is really short as it is (i had a vw gti as my 1st car and after switching to bimmers it just felt odd! Like drivin a ruddy lorry with the stick comin from the floor up!)..i know it makes changin gear quicker but iv heard that takes some time to get use to the revs tc u need to match and it can only be 0.0003 of a sec quicker anyway....or not????????!! (dont wanna sound ignorant so please correct me with the information!) | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | Similar Threads | Thread | Thread Starter | Forum | Replies | Last Post | Auto-X Results 2006 Season | PurpleTurtle | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 3 | 01-07-2007 03:56 AM | Some auto-x pictures. | AlaskaBlue | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 10 | 06-02-2006 01:59 AM | Auto-X looks fun | robcarync | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 51 | 05-30-2006 04:50 PM | Auto-X in VA | USMC318ti | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 12 | 03-31-2006 07:14 PM | ASC for Auto-X? | PeteN95 | Track, Auto-X & Drag Racing | 10 | 03-14-2006 12:22 AM | |
