I would try cleaning the MAF as well.

David, sorry for a small hijack here. Do recall if you got P1589 and P1356 codes for the knock sensors? Did you replace them?

Yes on P1589 but not P1356. P1356 is misfire on startup cylinder 8. Did you add some?

I got P1384 for Control Module Self-Test, Knock Control Test Pulse (Bank 1). When I replaced the knock sensor assembly and cleared the codes they didn't return.

Haha, nope, just the reading off my Lemur Bluetooth OBDII reader. I'll pull it apart and slap on a known working set from another motor

Did you get rid of the knock sensor code?

I'm going to try reinstalling the original fuel injectors I hope, tomorrow morning. Wish I had a way to quickly smoke test the intake too, but sadly, no. Always welcome to come over for a day of play. Got two ti's I have to work on now. LOL

Great! Replaced intake tubes this morning. Lots of cracks, but none would suck anything through when I tested the. None the less, new is always better.

Cleared the code and let's see over the next couple of days.

By the way, you happen to have an extra front right caliper bracket? Tried to buy one from O'Reilly's but it was for a vented rotor and not a solid rotor. If not I may go wander pick a part in the morning.

Oh, found a brake sensor connector and now just need to install. Any recommendations on the wiring? Solder or crimp connectors?
