an offset of 10 is really pushing it, I don't think they'd fit even with rolling your fenders and stretching the tires, and if they do, they might look a little funny sticking out so far

I'd say it is possible. I have seen an E36 on Brock B1s, 17x8.5 ET13 front 17x10 ET20 rear and I think that guy was actually running spacers, lol. He had serious fender rolling and stretched tires though.

Those wheels are definitely meant for a 5 series though. But they would look sick on a ti.
