If the donor car is RHD, I don't foresee any problems with your swap. Since your car is OBD-II, I suggest your donor car be OBD-II (same year if possible) and be aware the dealer will be required for EWS and ECU allignment after the instalation is complete. I also suggest the M Roadster / M coupe rear sub frame be aquired and installed at the same time. M3 front suspension and brakes really is required once the swap is done to carry the weight and stop the monster...
