Customer Service is only so much when your products are absolute crap.....

Not to bash your headlights..I am sure they are very....cool.

It's not really the customer service that has gotten better, just the shipping times.

You get 35W or 55W?

It's because they have an abundance of DJauto lights that they're trying to dump off. Most people opt for Depos which are usually backordered. Like when they had their Apexcone headlights that they claimed were better quality than Depo, lol. So many of them were defective they finally had to eat their words. When I worked in retail, we had our house brand that we offered at significantly lower prices. It was junk, but we made a higher profit margin off of it. Almost double what we made off of name brand stuff. DJauto has been around for a while, but in all actuallity, it's just their new "Apexcone".

Customer Service comes into play when you receive a "faulty" or "broken" item, and they have to answer for it... This is when they "CRAP" out...
I got my HID's from them (all good), then I ordered HID's for my girls car... came broken... I called them up they told me to take pictures and email them, I told them it wasn't UPS' fault because what was broken was the the "locking" ring that holds the protecting cap in place... they told me it wasn't their fault that it would have to be processed by UPS claims, that they tested each bulb before they shipped, I told them that there it was... that whoever tested the bulbs and placed them back into the box "broke" the locking strip... They kept pushing the "it UPS' fault" thing, and ended up sending new bulbs 2 weeks later!!!... and it took them over a week from order to shipping within the same state...

They charge way too much for shipping, I hope this gets fixed soon as well, and I also hope that their "customer service" actually has improved...
Just remember that "Customer Service" comes on the claims side of things and not really on the taking your money and sending your stuff out...

just got a delivery from them as well... 35W DJ Auto (no angel eyes) with a 5000K bulbs. they dont look to bad, but I am not happy with the cheapo crystal clear fogs.. they actually have finger prints on the inside of the 'sealed' lenses & the plastic seems not to be sealed properly around the housing. called them & told them about the fogs, & they said 'well, you can just add some silicone yourself' ... sooooo, not sure yet, but we'll see how they fit & look when I get my car back.
they were CHEEEAAAAP though.

you get what you pay for though...

I did buy the "OEM Look" Value brand fogs, I did see what you mean about not being sealed around the edges, just want until you open them up, they are not electrically safe either. I posted in their forum on BF.C and they didn't even care.

That's why I bought the OEM fogs from the dealer when I did my retrofit... it was $$ but well worth the cash.

To be fair to DDM, while they suck, the DJ Autos are in my opinion the closest to ZKW's. And I've owned ZKW, Depo, DJ Auto, and Apexcone projectors...

I have a set of DJ auto's that have been sitting in my garage in the box since may unopened & all the claims of defective items & DDM's poor return service doesn't make me feel any better about the situation

Woah, those are cross drilled, they look like regular zimmerman rotors that have actually been drilled (people do that on ebay) they are VERY DANGEROUS to drive on drilled rotors, if they were drilled and not casted with holes. They can crack under heavy use

i did get the rotors off ebay w/ my brake pads. i dont really drive to heavy so i dont think that if they were literally drilled and not casted that it would be a problem.

they dont look that good there though b/c it had been raining lately and i had really driven enough to clean them
