Unnecessary thread revival:
I just bought the primary parts from eBay UK for just under $50 eBay link and eBay link. Problem is, I'll be in Afghanistan when they arrive, so I won't be able to do the install until October.

But, the parts are officially on the way. I'll have pics of success (or failure) before Halloween!

Thanks for that very useful piece of information. I love to drive my ti in moderate temperatures with all the windows open.

I'm back, and the install begins! (But not without some electrical help.)

It's a US mod (available only on Euro spec). So they're in the same boat as us. Here's a link to a success story. http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showt...ght=rear+vents

Please keep us posted on your progress...I would love this retrofit in my ti. We have a van with power rear pop out windows. PS: I was almost stationed in the Azores once when I was active duty Air Force. Went to Ankara, Turkey instead. How do you like it?

Second tour here, and trying to do an in-place consecutive tour. Survey says: I love it.

Except of course, not being able to source real parts when I actually NEED them.

Surprisingly, no. There's 4 on-base alone, including a tds. And the E46 Conpacts are around the island, too. Love those headlights!
