Stopped by the BMW CCA tent and asked where Steven was.. Got a few chuckles, I guess Roger (30yrMember) had already mentioned it, as well as his wife who was working the booth... I got to put a few faces with names - I met; Marv, Roger, Hugo, Bryan, and Harold to whom I really appreciated his hospitality. He introduced me to everyone else he knew (which was practially everyone at the fest...) Also hung out with Ricardo (RichieRich), and other non-ti norcal folk, but somehow missed Freddie (Nineball12). Also met another ti owner from SD who had never heard of the .org, so I demanded he sign up when he got home! Too bad that some other members could not make it (coolJess76, Mr. Crow, B-rad, Yoda, Kilijan, Boss32), but there's always next year! __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion. I heard Roger put in a word for me. I'm told I'm going next year. I was also told I was going to Montery this year for an event. That changed too. Maybe they'll pay me to bring my ti. I meant to leave so 318ti.org decals at the booth. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 05-24-2010, 01:01 AM | #96 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: çî†ÿ øf åNgëL§, CA Posts: 5,314 | did u guys see what I wrote on the chalkboard car? | | | 05-24-2010, 01:20 AM | #97 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: norcal - 94590 Posts: 3,186 | Quote: Originally Posted by HuGo did u guys see what I wrote on the chalkboard car? | No, I missed seeing the car until it was leaving... __________________ James 95 active w/leather interior and sport interior conversion, Vaders, full M-Tech exterior conversion.
