I can come up when ever. I'm going to be going to my sisters this weekend in Round Lake. Will be free when ever after that.

Alright, Time to get the car running up to par. Today I got an M3 MAF and tomorrow I will receive MM injector adapters. I plan to run Lucas 42# injectors which I want to order tonight. Talked to Metric for a while today, and I must say they were the most helpful people I have ever met. They also were very knowledgeable. Just an FYI the adapters are $10 a piece!!

Default Meth Injection

Trans swap in place for next weekend.

My next project will be to run meth injection. What all do I need to know about this. I was curious about flow rates people were running. Also I found this website that is really, pretty awesome. I am looking at this kit:

It is going a little slow, but pretty well. I haven't installed any meth yet. I just ordered 30# injectors as the 42# injectors were a little large. I am working a good tune now. The car runs and drives great now, just could be better. I have some tidying up to do still. I am hoping to get all the interior put back together over the next month. I am fixing to purchase all new suspension soon.(arms, balljoints bushings, coilovers, etc)

So I had it all together and running. But I noticed their was a great deal of smoke coming out of the exhaust. So I found that I was pressurizing the crankcase, which wouldn't allow oil to return to the pan from the turbo. So I pulled the motor to pull the turbo and redo the bearings and seals as It continued to smoke. I have the motor completely resealed and I adjusted the return line so there is nothing keeping the oil from flowing perfectly. I started it up today and what do you know it still smokes... The smoke doesn't start until the car is almost completely warmed up. It is a very thick white smoke.

Any suggestions?

Also I will post pictures of the setup when I have it fundamentally set.

You're looking in the correct forum, just pick some of the threads with the most replies and start reading. I highly suggest "JohnBoy's Turbo Build." I just "stickied" it so it should be near the top.

Pressuring the crankcase is normally from the PCV system I had to make a special system to stop that from happening. Also it you had a lot of oil in the exhaust you will need to run it for a while to burn that out of there. If there was a cat in there it will take a even longer time to get out that oil. It would take me about 20-30 miles to get it to stop smiking from oil in the exhaust after a oil pressure dump in the exhaust...

Also I need to run my oil 1/4 below full on the dip stick or it smokes

Sorry about the typos I'm very tired and just worke up from a 24hr sleep

I think I am just going to get rid of the cat and eliminate the oil problem all at once. I am going to juts go straight pipe from the turbo. I was thinking 2 1/4" any better suggestions?

You need to have your PCV valve provide vacuum during cruising and under boost you want it blocked off and your valve cover to atmosphere to it can breath then it won't blow any oil past the turbo seals. On exhaust > run 3" from turbo back. I run 2 resonators and a 50 series 2 chamber Flowmaster. Maybe 2.5 exhaust with a resonator and a muffler will be good for you since the 2.5" pipe will be not two loud with only 1 resonator and muffler but breath good.
