I rebulit the turbo because I must have damaged the bearings from the excess oil pressure. I still have the oil in the exhaust tubing and in the cat. The cat is giving off the spoiled egg smell, so it is bad or going bad. I am running a smaller turbo than you so I hope 2.25 will work well. I think I am going to take the car down to a local muffler shop tomorrow to get the job done. Also in the works is another ti. I want to turbo it too because I know that it will be a success on the first start, after obtaining as much information as I have now about f/i cars. I have been working with a local machining company on a new style intake manifold, and exhaust manifold which will allow us to locate the turbo in a more convenient location. Thanks again John! Man you are really making me want to turbo my car. __________________ Greg M42 Club member 186 WTB: HELLROT RED CLUB SPORT 95 ti sold but staying in the family. | | | 11-18-2010, 06:42 AM | #48 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: rockford illinois Posts: 127 | ^^When I get some free time we should get in touch. I want another vehicle to try out some stand alone ecu's.^^ | | | 11-20-2010, 02:31 AM | #49 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Louisiana Posts: 1,093 | pics !!! __________________ was the 1 an only Bagged Ti on 19's!! | | | 11-21-2010, 08:34 AM | #50 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Westfield, IN Posts: 1,335 | Quote: Originally Posted by rcair3d ^^When I get some free time we should get in touch.
