looks like a good car, other than the missing panels on the interior, I'd say it's in great shape, looks like the door panel got hacked up to install larger speakers but that's easy enough to fix if it bothers you

haha.. wow.. it makes me thing of my car alot.. i bought my car in BERKS county PA (they are in Bucks) and its almost the same millage, only 100 miles off from when i bought mine. and mine is also a 1998. your is jsut in better shape.. haha..

anyway.. back to the important stuff.. well.. its looks pimped out with the wing on the back.. (i dont car much for it) also, the speakers that are in those side panels look horrible.. wtf was he thinking when he did that. New speaker for your car dont cost that much.. i never saw, in my life, someone replace those speakers with 4 1/2 speakers or whatever they are.. it looks bad.. u shoudl consider getting new side panels, which run for ALOT.. but you can probally wait to ge them used of someone who smashed there car, or is stripping it for racing.

take note of the aftermarket air intake.

also, it looks like he lost the cover for the battery, which doest mean anything, but it looks better with it on.

anyway.. he got new EVERYTHING, and it looks like he was trying to turn it into a little racing/beater car to have fun with.

*BREND NEW TIRES-HIGH PERFORMANCE ALL SEASON KUMHO TIRES -WITH LESS THAN 500 MILES ON IT, 4 NEW BILSTEIN STRUTS SHOCKS, NEW STABILIZER LINKS, NEW BUSHINGS, NEW STEERING RACK-BASICALLY NEW SUSPENSION*

umm.. if u dont mind the ghetto speakers, then i would go for it if u can get it around 6000... he put alot of money into it if he really did replace everything.. remeber BMW parts cost ALOT.. normally way more then what u would execpt.. even used parts cost to much.. example would be, i need a new driver side door, and jsut the door without the window or anything on the inside, cost $700 .. if i want the interiour panel, window, motor, and power locks with it, i was told over $1000 for jsut that door.. well.. since i only paid $1500 for my car.... i will pass on it.. haha.. i can lived with a smashed door..

Apparently the car isn't getting decent MPG. He says "31+ mpg", but if he resets the odometer every time he fills up the tank, it shows that with more than a half a tank, he was only able to get 90 miles.
