Default Door Handle repair or replacement?

The driver's door handle on my ti has had both of the metal grommets ripped out

I melted the plastic back together, and the top one is holding, but the bottom one is not. There's a lot of force on these when I close the door.

Can I get a replacement handle? Or will I have to get a whole new door panel?

Are there any recommended ways to fix this problem? I've fixed all the pop rivets and holders, but those don't take much force when closing the door.

I found a ti in a junkyard, but someone already bought the driver's door :/ (and the passenger door had one of the metal grommets ripped out anyway, still bought that panel)
