2 M42 throttle bodies $8 each

I currently have 2 throttle bodies for the M42 engine, complete with throttle cable brackets and sensors. I am selling these for $8 a piece plus actual shipping. They are boxed and ready to go.

What, if any are the differences between the M42 and M44 TBs?

Update, both are sold. The difference between the M42 and the M44 is the different sensors, the M42 throttle body isn't machined for the larger sensor that is used on the M44 TB.
